Tom began his career with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice, Poland. He guided small and medium enterprises through external funding acquisitions processes and business development activities. After moving to Cincinnati, he joined ZF Group, where he was responsible for financial evaluations of future projects. He joined Cincinnati Asset Management in 2014. He assists in measuring and reporting performance, addressing SEC compliance-related issues and monitoring the Firm’s operating policies and procedures. Master of Economics (MSc), University of Economics in Katowice.
